專案摘要Executive Summary

幫助高級護理中心部署了M2M雲平臺和相關的應用服務。M2M雲平臺解決方案使得腕帶與網路監視器無縫連接在一起，並提供了API介面與老年人護理App對接。

Works Systems helps the Remote Senior Care deploy the Cloud M2M Platform and the associated service applications. The M2M Cloud Platform Solution makes the wristband and IP cam connect together. It also provides API interface with Remote Elderly Care mobile APP.

挑戰Challenge

遠端高級護理人員為在家中的用戶提供了腕帶。腕帶可以檢測用戶的身體狀況並將檢測結果發到護理中心。然而，當接收到異常資料或無法接收到使用者資料時，這時需要馬上到使用者家中瞭解情況，但他們無法得知使用者當前的狀態，故需尋找一種遠端檢查使用者狀態的方法。遠端高級護理發現如果使用者需要時，家中的網路監視器是一個很好的用來監測使用者的狀態的工具。但是在腕帶報警和網路監視器之間來回切換給他們造成了很大困擾。他們需要花很長的時間來檢索使用者需要的螢幕截圖。

The Remote Senior Care provides wristband to their subscribers at home. The wristband could send detected data of subscribers’ physical conditions to the center. However when receiving abnormal data or the subscriber information, the Help Desk would like to have a preview or re-confirm about the subscriber status before rush to the subscriber’s home. They are looking for a way to remote check subscriber status.
The Remote Senior Care finds residential indoor IP cam might be good for monitoring subscribers when needed. But they have more troubles switching between the wristband alert and the IP cam. It takes them a long time to retrieve the screen shot of subscriber in need.

Works Systems helps the Remote Senior Care deploy the Cloud M2M Platform and the associated service applications. The Cloud M2M Solution could interact with the wristband and IP cam. It also provides API with Remote Elderly Care mobile APP. Following is the scene about a grandma falls down. Let’s see how Remote Senior Care Center and her daughter could help the grandma quickly.

Works Systems devotes itself in the vertical market of device management, including INTERNET ACCESS DEVICES, you could manage the basic home or office broadband infrastructure easily, the featured functions include provisioning, configuration, firmware upgrading, monitoring and troubleshooting. Collaborating with Apps and social networks, real-monitoring has been made easier. The captured screenshot or streaming video from IP cam could be stored, shared or tagged. Moreover, with our new generation client agent, users or system admin could even control the IP cam angels simply from Apps. And the functions of SENSOR DEVICES including data collection, status monitoring or fault detection are supported and concentrated via home gateway. Further application such as environment warning, energy analysis, business intelligence could be developed as a result of utilizing device intelligence. In addition, the CLOUD STORAGE DEVICES can make personal storages attached to the cloud easily. Using stun and unique device activation and identification mechanism, contents on network storages can be accessed and shared from anywhere.

成效Result

以實際案例而言，當獨自在家的奶奶摔倒了，奶奶手上的腕帶會檢測異常運動，並發出報警資訊到高級護理中心的設備管理平臺和女兒的手機App。高級護理中心使用設備管理平臺查看奶奶的腕帶各項參數是否正常，確認是否有眩暈情況出現，再使用設備管理平臺控制攝像頭找到奶奶位置並拍下當前現場的情況，之後在確認奶奶眩暈後，高級護理中心通知急救中心和奶奶的女兒。

Take the real case for example, when home-alone grandma falls down, the wristband would detect her abnormal movement and send alarm to Senior Care DM and her daughter’s mobile App. Then Senior Care uses DM to retrieve grandma’s wristband parameters and finds possible blackout, and uses DM to control IP cam for grandma location detection and home scene screen capture. Upon confirming grandma blackout, Senior Care would notify E911 and daughter, for giving the first aid to grandma.
