宏遠是國內第一家導入ERP系統的紡織業者，近年因應智慧化與自動化的工業4.0時代來臨，積極攜手多家資通訊大廠並由遠傳電信協助物聯行動整合，打造符合工業4.0規範的智慧工廠。

Everest textile is the first textile manufacturer importing ERP system, in response to the  intelligent and automatic industry 4.0 era, they are actively working with a number of major ICT manufacturers and Far Eastone assisting the IoT  integration, to create smart factories that comply with the Industry 4.0 specifications.

挑戰Challenge

複雜的資訊只靠人容易出錯，而出錯的代價是很高的，如果一碼布100元，一萬碼就是100萬，而一張訂單往往就是800碼、1000碼，費用相當可觀。但透過自動化，可以降低重修、減少錯誤，不僅能節省成本，交期也能準時、快速，增加接單量；甚至可以做到資訊透明，顧客能夠隨時查詢訂單流程，提升顧客服務滿意度，達到有形跟無形效益。

Complex information only depending on people's judgement is prone to error, and it would cost a lot even it only has one mistake. If a yard cost 100 dollars, then 10,000 yards would cost 100 million, and an order is often 800 yards, 1000 yards, the cost is considerable. But through automation, it can reduce rebuilt and errors, not only can save costs, delivery also can be punctual, fast, which all can help to increase orders. Furthermore, it could be information transparent, so customers can always check the order process to enhance customer services satisfaction for achieving both tangible and intangible benefits.

 

解決方案Solution 

由遠傳協助的「布車定位解決方案」主要是整合感知器資料處理與前端監控系統，掌控生產現場布車所在位置，監控布車在製程中的移動與異常停留，同時透過每分鐘檢查場域內的感知器，將偵測資料傳送到後端資料庫，不管是依需求開發管理報表、依需求與MES資料交換或開發API供MES查詢，都有相當助益。

 "Location Solutions" Far Eastone assisted mainly integrates the sensor data processing and front-end monitoring system to control the vehicles production location on site and to monitor the movement and abnormal stay of the vehicles during the manufacturing process. At the same time, the sensors in the domain will transmit the detected data to the back-end database by checking the sensors at there each minute. It is helpful to develop the management reports according to the requirements, exchange MES data or develop APIs for MES searching according to the requirements.

成效Result

儘管宏遠的智慧工廠還在示範階段，在染整廠跟紗廠已見到一些導入成效，例如過去一般現場操作人員要11人，現在只要6人就可以完成作業；過去染色機都是靠人工秤量染料、助劑，然後搬運、添加，現在則已經完成M2M，讓機器自己秤量，接著再到下一個步驟做真空、溶解，最後再將染料送到另一個機器做染整。
宏遠挾著垂直整合一貫廠的優勢，朝工業4.0方向邁進，將持續投資與引進新的系統及技術，加強行動化與雲端化佈局。而遠傳的強項在行動化、雲端化，近年更投入人力、技術跟系統，開發多元智慧工廠解決方案，為宏遠落實工業4.0智慧工廠強而有力的後盾。

Although Everest textile is still in the demonstration stage, they already have found some import effects in dyeing and finishing plant. For example, the general on-site operators required 11 people in the past, and now only 6 people can finish the work. In the past, dyeing machines were all based on manual Weigh in the dye, additives, and then handling, add, and now have already completed M2M, let the machine weigh their own, and then to the next step to do a vacuum, dissolved, and finally sent to another dye dying machine.
With the advantages of vertically integrated factory, Everest textile will move toward Industry 4.0 and will continue to invest and introduce new systems and technologies to enhance its mobile and cloud-based arrangement. The strengths of Far Eastone  are mobile and cloud-based. In recent years, more people, technology and systems have been devoted to the development of a multi-smart factory solution, which is a strong backing for Everest textile to implement the Industry 4.0 Smart Factory.
